How do I access the new design?
From September 2023 and until end of November 2023 you can opt-in to the new design in your account preferences.

Can I switch back to the old version?
It’s possible to switch back to the old version until the end of November 2023.

What happens if I don’t switch to the new version?
By the end of November 2023, all picdrop accounts that haven't switched to the new design will automatically be switched to the new design. From that moment on, we will focus solely on continuously improving your picdrop experience based on the new design.

Will I still find all the features I know and love?
Absolutely! We've retained all the powerful picdrop features you've come to rely on.

Are there any changes in functionality or user interface?
The core functionality remains the same, focusing on seamless image sharing and collaboration. However, you'll find that the redesign enhances the overall user experience, making it even more efficient and enjoyable.

Does the new design have any impact on my clients?
After enabling the new design, your clients will also see the new picdrop UI. We have made sure to keep picdrop as easy to understand as before, so there is not much to adapt to.

Can I customize the UI to my preferences?
You can still utilize the gallery settings for Edit and Presentation Mode to customize the appearance of your galleries according to your preferences. If you require additional options, we would be delighted to receive your ideas!

Will there be any downtime during switching to the new design?
