Why can’t I re-invite a team member who was previously part of my picdrop account?

Here’s why:
For technical and security reasons, the email address of a deleted account remains blocked for 30 days. During this time, no new access can be created or invited using the same email address.

What can you do?

  • Wait it out: After the 30-day period, you’ll be able to invite your team member again using the same email address.
  • Use an alternative email address: If it’s urgent, you can use a different email address – or reach out to us. In urgent cases, we can lift the block manually.
  • Use “Forgot password”: If the issue is that someone can’t log in, the simplest solution is usually the “Forgot password” link on the login page. This allows the team member to reset their password on their own.
