To ensure the security of picdrop accounts, we limit the number of simultaneous logins per user account.
With a single user account, you can be logged in on up to two desktop devices and one mobile device at the same time. If this limit is exceeded, the oldest active session will be automatically logged out.
This serves several important security and organizational purposes:
- Traceability of actions within an account
- Protection of login credentials and account security
- Clear accountability for account usage
If multiple people need to work with a picdrop account, we recommend setting up separate access for each additional person as a team member. This ensures that all activities remain clearly traceable and the account is protected as effectively as possible.
