Hola, ciao, bonjour, hello, hallo: picdrop is now available in five languages.
Alongside German, English and French, picdrop can now also be used in Spanish and Italian. It’s a small but meaningful step towards making collaboration easier for photographers, creative teams and their clients, wherever they work.
From Berlin to an international community
picdrop was born in Berlin and first launched in German and English. Since then, our community has grown internationally. Photographers work with clients in different countries, teams collaborate across locations, and projects often bring together freelancers, external partners and people from all over the world.
Language should not add friction to that process. With Spanish and Italian now available, sharing galleries, making selections and collaborating on images becomes a little more accessible for everyone involved.
A team that speaks many languages
Our team of 22 works across Germany and France. Together, we represent four nationalities and speak ten languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Finnish, Greek, Mandarin and Cantonese.
All the more reason for us to be excited that picdrop now understands a few more of them.
Choosing a language in picdrop
One quick note
As we are a small team, the FAQs, blog and some other content, including the newsletter, are currently only available in German and English.
Our support team will always do its best to reply in the language an enquiry is written in. In some cases, however, we may reply in English, as we do not speak every language fluently.
We’ll keep at it, one step and one language at a time.
