At the moment, it’s not possible for users to directly transfer galleries from one picdrop account to another. Of course, the gallery can always be recreated at any time. You could simply send a gallery with the activated download, and the other person can then upload those images as a new gallery in their account.
But: Our support team can transfer a gallery for you into another account.
For this, we’ll need:
- the consent of both account owners
- and the gallery link of the gallery you’d like to transfer.
Just send us a short email at hello@picdrop.com. We’ll then make sure your gallery is safely transferred to the desired account.
