Finding the right image should not depend on remembering the exact filename.<\/p>

With <\/span>Content Search<\/b>, picdrop helps you find images by what is actually visible in them, not just by filenames or metadata. You can search for objects, people, scenes, locations, moods or descriptions, and picdrop will show matching images from your library.<\/span><\/p>

For photographers, Content Search makes it easier to find the right shot faster when you do not remember the filename or are not sure which gallery to look in. This is especially helpful when your archive has grown over years, across many projects and clients.<\/span><\/p>

For teams, Content Search makes large image libraries easier to work with. Even if files were not perfectly named or tagged, your team can search for specific images and quickly find the right material for urgent requests.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

How it works<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Content Search is off by default. To enable it, go to your Account Settings, open the Content Search section and switch on Enable Content Search. Once Content Search is enabled, picdrop starts indexing the images in your account. During this process, visible image content such as people or objects is analyzed and translated into a mathematical description, so your images can be searched quickly later on.<\/span><\/p>

After indexing is complete, you can start using Content Search from the search area in your account. Just enter a search term, choose the desired <\/span>Result Accuracy<\/b>, and picdrop will compare your search with the stored image information to show matching results.<\/span><\/p>

The Result Accuracy setting lets you control how closely results should match your search. A lower accuracy setting can return broader results, while a higher setting shows only images that match your search more closely.<\/span><\/p>

For example, if you search for \u201cfootball on an empty field\u201d with Result Accuracy set to 65%, picdrop can return a broader selection of matching images. Once you spot the image you were looking for, click it and picdrop takes you straight to the gallery where it is stored.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Content Search is optional and turned off by default. It is available on the <\/span>Advanced, Business and Enterprise<\/b> plans and can be enabled in your account settings.<\/span><\/p>

All processing happens on picdrop-controlled EU servers, in line with GDPR. Your data, image content and search queries are not used to train or further develop AI models.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For privacy reasons, Content Search is only available to account owners and team members. Clients and external gallery visitors do not have access to it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
