{"id":509,"date":"2024-12-09T19:56:48","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T19:56:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.picdrop.com\/?post_type=faq&#038;p=509"},"modified":"2025-05-28T07:26:51","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T07:26:51","slug":"how-can-i-see-whats-happening-in-my-galleries","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/www.picdrop.com\/web\/faq\/how-can-i-see-whats-happening-in-my-galleries","title":{"rendered":"How can I see what&#8217;s happening in my galleries?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In your picdrop account you will always find the Activities in the top right-hand corner so you can see what is happening in your galleries at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The red number indicates that there is news in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Activities you will find<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>all&nbsp;<strong>visits<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>all&nbsp;<strong>uploads<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>downloads<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on updated (= re-uploaded)&nbsp;<strong>files<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comments<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Scribbles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new and changed&nbsp;<strong>Color Flags<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changes to&nbsp;<strong>Selections \/ Sets<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new and changed&nbsp;<strong>Likes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the creation date (at the bottom)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in your galleries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No matter where you are currently working in your account, when you call up the Activities, you will always see the events for&nbsp;<em>all<\/em>&nbsp;your galleries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are in a gallery, you can restrict the display to the current gallery using the button at the top right (&#8220;Show current gallery only&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"703\" height=\"508\" src=\"https:\/\/www.picdrop.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/eng-picdrop-faq-activities-1920x-q75.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-553\" style=\"width:443px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the three options to the left, you can specify&nbsp;<em>whose<\/em>&nbsp;actions you want to see: all your own actions, actions from your Team Members or actions from all other visitors to your gallery. You can combine these filters as you wish to get the overview you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two more practical tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In your own actions, for example, you can find the&nbsp;<strong>upload dates<\/strong>&nbsp;for each image and track the&nbsp;<strong>creation date<\/strong>&nbsp;of the gallery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move the mouse over the relative date displayed (e.g. yesterday, 2 weeks ago) and you will see the&nbsp;<strong>exact time for the event<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Activities will keep you updated about what\u2019s happening in your galleries.
