Ja. Auch FotografInnen sind seit dem 25. Mai 2018 verpflichtet, sich an die DSGVO zu halten. Zwar wart ihr auch vorher schon im Rahmen der strengen deutschen Gesetze zu vielen Dingen verpflichtet, jedoch kann seit dem 25. Mai 2018 eine nicht DSGVO-konforme Datenverarbeitung drakonische Strafen nach sich ziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gerne w\u00fcrden wir euch hier beraten, aber leider sind wir keine Anw\u00e4ltInnen, weswegen wir euch bitten, euch f\u00fcr die n\u00f6tigen Updates eurer Website, Vertragsvorlagen etc. an eure Anw\u00e4ltInnen oder entsprechend fachlich kompetente BeraterInnen zu wenden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
